This is in response to "half ass service".
First, she was quoted $850 BEFORE color. Her hair has been colored for years black and she wanted to go chesnut brown so her hair needed to be stripped first and then colored which costs $100/hour for the color correction. We put in as much hair as we could fit since the circumference of her head is smaller and if I was to try and put more extensions on her, her scalp would not be able to breath and in turn would result in extensive shedding of her own hair. This happened to a client years ago who kept wanting more. I try and do what my clients ask for, so at the time I added more (and more and more) and when it was time to have them removed, she was shocked at how much her own hair had shed (20%).
I'm a professional and have been doing this service for 30 years, I create beauty and make the dreams of my clients come true through long hair, however I am not a "miracle" worker and if your head is smaller and there is no way to add additional extensions without doing long term damage then I am not going to do that. I'm so sorry I turned you down for more hair and has resulted in this.
I do however hope you are enjoying your eye lash extensions that I gave you for FREE.

I don't know what awards this man has won. I got extensions and was quoted $850 for bonded type. $500 was for the hair and $350 to put them in. I paid the $500 upfront then after the extensions where in I was charged $600 instead of the $350. my extensions where not close together and I didn't have as many as I was told would be placed. after having some problems with them, I went back to have some more added and he put in a different color and texture of what I had paid for and they are uneven and thick in some spots and really thin in others and he didn't blend my hair with the extensions . I had to go to another salon to have it blended and more added to make it look natural. It was a total waste of money. I would never refer anyone to this guy.

During the Christmas holidays me and a couple of my girlfriends decided we needed a change for the new year so we got eyelash extensions in Atlanta. My husband was shocked that I did this because I am really a conservative person. When I returned to Minnesota my first goal was to find someone who could do the lashes and my wish came true, I went to Jon Richards salon and he not only hooked me up but I look fabulous, if you are looking to enhance your beauty I would definetely go let Jon transform you, he does a great job and is a really super guy. Thanks Jon I will see you again soon!!!
