Fabulous experience - for the past 4 years!

I have been a client of Eric's since February 2006. I started out doing traditional personal training with wonderful results - I'd never been healthier or more active. I followed Eric's suggestion to move to gyrotonic, and I love the energy and sense of well-being I have now! Eric is always waiting with a smile and a positive attitude - something I don't always show up with, but take with me at the end of every session. He is extremely intuitive about when to push and challenge, and when to nurture. If you want a personal experience with a gifted instructor, Eric and Gyrotonic Minneapolis are for you!!

Invigorating Training in a Tranquil Studio

I first traveled to Minneapolis for a pre-training course in Gyrokinesis with Eric in November '09. It was such a fulfilling experience I returned the beginning of February (yes I left Arizona in February) for my apprentice review in Gyrotonic. As a Master Trainer, Eric is not only skilled and knowledgeable, he teaches and trains with intention and patience. I had the opportunity not only to train as an instructor with Eric, but observe as he trained clients in his studio. My experience at Gyrotonic Minneapolis is invaluable. Eric sets the bar as a trainer favorable high. Keep spiraling!!!

Admittedly, I am a exercise junkie. I've done it all. yoga, pilates, aerial classes, so when I heard about gyrotonic I had to try it. Now I am hooked. It seams like everything I have done prior just prepared by body and mind for this. The workouts are so challenging mentally and physically. Every motion: lifting my arm, leg, head etc., relates back to my core. It feels wonderful and I am getting much stronger then I thought I ever could. What more can I say then I love it and I think everyone can benefit from the body awareness and motion that gyrotonic teaches.
